Survey pricing calculator: custom code or plugin?

    Hi everyone,
    I’m analyzing the website OpinionBox and I noticed they use a calculator to estimate the price of an online survey based on audience targeting, number of respondents, etc.
    Do you think this kind of pricing simulator is usually custom-developed or could it be based on a public plugin or library? If anyone has insight into how these dynamic price calculators are typically built (tech stack, examples), I’d love to hear your thoughts.
