Switch from an annual license to a lifetime license

    Hello,
    Unfortunately I didn’t find a solution in the forum.
    I would like to switch from an annual license to a lifetime license.
    Unfortunately I don’t have a link (“upgrades:”) in my account as described in the documentation.
    Can you help me?
