Hi
I have been trying to center this text and have not being able to do it. I centered in the typography section in the layout section and nothing works. Could you help me, please?
I attached some images.
I also noticed, I made a menu in this page and the subdomain. Same steps, make them twice, for some reason this page, even though for an image I wrote a maximum height in px, it becomes as big as possible.
Thanks a lot.

Hi there,
I checked the front page of your site and the text looks centered from my end. Have you already resolved this?
-
Hi,
No, it is still on the left side. And if you notice, it does not display the two containers, just the first one .
I also used a block element to create a dynamic title, and it creates the title but without any format. The only thing I did today was selecting V2 blocks as you suggested in another question I made before. Couldbe due to that?
I erased all elements and made them again, and the new ones, do not work.

This is what I see on your site, the text is centred.

Hi Ying,
You are right—when I log out, I see the menu centered. However, once I log in, the error appears while navigating the site.
I also noticed that the menu shows up at the bottom when I’m logged out. This is strange, as I don’t have any element set up for that. I also saw it when visiting the site using a new incognito window. Could you please let me know what might be creating this issue? (1)
Additionally, as I was explaining about the other mistakes, I created an element block (a site header) and will upload an image of it (2). The site header doesn’t display correctly when I’m logged in and navigate the site (3), so I also I checked in a new incognito window, the new header design doesn’t appear at all (4). Could you help me to fix this?
Thank you for your help!
Best regards,

Usually it’s the other way around. Means when you log in, you see the correct version, when log out, you see the faulty version.
Weirdly, you see the issue when logged in.
Can you provide your site’s credential so we can see the issue in the backend? Please disable all plugins except GP Premium and GB.

I’ve moved the credential to the private info field, so it can only be seen by support team.
Will get back to you asap.

Thank you.

The password is incorrect, can you check and modify it in the private info field?

It adds the space by itself

Hi Yin,
I’m a bit concerned because I’m running into more issues with the V2 version. For example, I created a block in the subdomain, but the image doesn’t appear when I view the site in incognito mode. (5)
Is it possible to continue working with version 1 for now? Could you please let me know if there’s a way to go back until V2 is more stable and has gone through further testing?
Thank you very much for your help and guidance.
Best regards,

Hi there,
The V2 blocks are stable now — they’ve been out for almost a year already. I tried checking the issue you mentioned, but it looks like you’ve changed the layout since then. Was that on the homepage?
That said, you can always switch back to V1 blocks if you prefer. Here’s the doc on how to do it: https://learn.generatepress.com/blocks/block-guide/generateblocks-1-x-to-2-0/#how-to-return-to-version-1-0-blocks

The error persist. That is why I gave the password but I imagine you got confused and did not checked. It has an element active as a site header, but it only shows the first block and not the second block. and in the subdomain the error persisted.

It has an element active as a site header, but it only shows the first block and not the second block.
This is what I see: https://cln.sh/p6wSYnjXbsgVZ0TxCL6f
It matches exactly what’s inside the Site Header element: https://cln.sh/c7w2H5NQjbHNfPKw9XpS
Let me know if I’m missing something elsewhere.
