Text length of a dynamic tag such as post meta

Ehy there dear team,

With dynamic data, when I add “post excerpt” I have the option to choose the excerpt length. When I add “post meta” instead (having custom fields with ACF), I can’t control the length from here. Is there anything that can be done to manage it?

I think I could handle it with CSS, but I wanted to ask first if there’s a specific option in GB’s dynamic data that I might be missing.
