The footer does not appear on the mobile version.

  • Hi there! I’m reaching out to you again because the footer does not appear on the mobile version. If I rotate the phone to landscape and then back to portrait, it does show up, but by default it doesn’t. I’ve tried clearing the browser cache, but the issue still persists.

    I appreciate your help.

    Best regards,
    Rita

  • Hi there,

I tested your site on mobile and the footer appears to be displaying correctly on my end.

If the issue is still happening for you, have you tried checking the site in a different browser?

  • Hi Alvind!

Sorry for replying two days later. On both Google Chrome and Safari, the footer doesn’t appear—always on the mobile version.

Thank you so much for everything, and again, my apologies.

    Best regards

    Rita

  • I checked your site on my phone, footer is appearing correctly.

Have you tried with other browsers or devices?

  • Hi!

I can see the footer in Safari but not in Google Chrome. I guess it’s a Google issue.

    Thanks for your help.

    Best regards.

    Rita

  • It’s probably due to the browser cache. Try checking the site in Chrome’s Incognito mode to confirm.
