Hello,
Both the Premium and One themes are displayed in the Site Library, but when I try to select them by clicking on them, the following error message appears: sites.generatepress.com has declined the connection.
The Premium and Blocks plugins are activated, and the license key and all modules are activated. The error message also appears when VPN and the Wordfence plugin are deactivated.
I would therefore be grateful if you could let me know why I cannot use the themes from the Site Library and what needs to be done to use them.

Hi Felix,
Can you go to Tools > Site Health in your WP admin and check if there are any issues listed there that might be related?
Let us know what you find.

Can you disable all plugins except GP Premium and GenerateBlocks, then try importing the site template again?
If this still doesn’t work, could you please share your site’s credentials so we can investigate the issue in the backend?
