After updating from Version 2.3.1 to the altest version my gravity form has stopped working and I get the following message: There was a problem with your submission. Please review the fields below.
There are no console errors and no errors visible on the page. At first the message was only showing at the payment field. Now I cant get past the first field. I rolled backed to a previous backup with the Version 2.3.1 and it works.

Could you provide more details to help us better understand the issue? Are you referring to a site currently using GP Premium 2.3.1? Additionally, could you let us know the current version of your theme?

The theme version at the moment is GP Premium 2.3.1. I originally updated to version 2.4.1 but then I started getting this error on my form so I reinstalled a backup with version 2.3.1 and the issue went away. The issue only seems to be when stripe or square are activated on the form. I tested this on another site by updating to the latest generate press version and there were no issues with a basic form.

That version is quite outdated, and updating directly could certainly lead to issues. We haven’t received similar reports from other users, but if you can provide some error logs from the server, we might be able to investigate the cause further.

Hi Alvind,
I found the issue. It happens when the Gravity Forms Square add on and Stripe addon plugins are both activated, despite the form only being able to use one. I deactivated the Square addon and the issue went away. Definitely a very annoying error, but at least not related to Generate Press.
