Hey there – I am unable to active the premium account i just purchased. I tried to deactivate other plugins and tried to re-save permalinks, but neither worked. Help would be appreciated!

I’m encountering the first error on the page, the key will not activate. I tried re-saving the permalink but that did not work. I get the spinning error on the save button like in that photo. No errors on the page, I’m not very familiar with looking at the console but if you let me know what to look for I can check for it.

Open the browser console, then try activating the license again. Check if any significant error messages appear after clicking the “Save Key” button. If something does show up, that could help identify the issue. Let me know what you find.

Is your WordPress URL and Site URL set to HTTPS under Settings > General?
