I have been busy with other stuff for some time and need to do some updates on my project.
Currently on:
GeneratePress Version: 3.5.1
GenerateBlocks: Version 1.9.1
GenerateBlocks Pro: Version 1.7.1
Always have been reluctant to jump on a new major version quickly and somehow missed the sweet spot to go to 2.x on GenerateBlocks.
Is there anything special to look out for when going to the newest version on GeneratePress and GenerateBlocks in my situation? I don’t need any special features like cloud theme gallery and stuff. I just want the latest code and no impact on the frontend. Anything major that will turn on automatically that I will need to turn off?

The new update is fully backward compatible, so there should be no major issues. However, as a best practice, perform the update on a staging site to avoid potential problems.
