Use ‘header as sticky menu’ option?

I have a site with a sticky nav. The menu options in the sticky default to being left aligned and without the site logo, whereas my header is set to have a logo and right aligned menu items.

I swear there was an option along the lines of “use header as sticky menu” that would bring them in alignment, but having looked in every configuration screen I can’t find it. Was this option maybe depreciated? If so how can I achieve a sticky menu on desktop that has items in the same position as in my merged headers.
