I’m testing 2.0.0-beta.6 (staging test). The pattern library is available n the page/post editor (in a block theme), but not when trying to create a template part (site editor).
I am unsure if this is intended, but it would be handy to have it available from time to time.

Just to confirm, are you using version 2.0 of both GenerateBlocks and GenerateBlocks Pro?
