Starting from the top we have 3 main opportunities:

Minimize main-thread work
Script Evaluation

Reduce the impact of third-party code
A huge amount of advert and tracking codes

Reduce JavaScript execution time
Advert and tracking codes

These 3 issues are the major performance issue and ALL of them are related to the 3rd party scripts loading the adverts and related tracking codes on your site.

I am not sure how you manage your adverts but you need to defer the loading of their scripts to they do not interfere with your sites loading time.

Many plugins like PerfMatters or WP Rocket or FlyingScripts provide options to Defer and Delay loading Javascripts.
