Website on mobile phones has an offset

  • Hey all,

as you can see in the screen shot (https://postimg.cc/dDhCMhT1) on mobile phones our website has a strange offset on the ride side and we can´t figure out the cause.
We suspect it to be in the layout options, but we could not figure out, what we have to change.
In the screenshot I highlighted the two section to make it more visible, the small stripe on the right side is not supposed to be there and the website content should be centered and not with a margin to the right.

    Any suggestions?

  • Hi Kernfunke,

The first Container Block is set to alignfull. It’s causing the issue. Can you remove that?

If you want it full width, just add it through a Block Element hooked to after_header.

  • Hi Fernando,

thx for the fast reply. I removed the align full, but the problem is still there.
And now the Header picture, which is supposed to extend on desktops wider than the content is cut as seen in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/r0dyZc6K

  • We found the problem. It was the title which had a padding added from the template we copied it from. After we deleted the padding, the problem was gone.
    Thanks for the support.

  • I see. Glad you resolved it! You’re welcome, Kernfunke!
