Will a GB 2.0 block function when block editor is reverted to GB 1.x

Hi, I have a somewhat tricky question!

I have been responsible for a quite basic GP site. I now have to hand over the responsibility to the client. As I think the client will not be ready to handle GB 2.0, I last week reverted the editor to GB 1.x

But before that I some weeks ago replaced the old WP Show Posts plugin with the GB 2.0 Query block, using one of the provided patterns (Query Loop F 23). The actual page is working well, but will the Query block be editable in the future on the actual page?

Otherwise I will have to activate the old WP Show Posts plugin again, or struggle with the WP native query block.

PS. I just noticed that the Query block is available in 1.x – I forgot that I had hidden it in the settings!
