Hello-
I’m sure you’re busy. I purchased your most expensive plan because it indicated that you provided “world class support”. I’ve been waiting over 9 hours for help with some key issues that are in conflict with your own documentation. It takes quite a bit of additional time to explain, send screen shots etc. Maybe you could also give me some idea of the average time-frame I should expect to wait for help in my 1 year of world class support.Sincerely,

We always do our best to answer way ahead of our target, but it’s not always possible. We’re also a couple of people short this week (which is why I’m helping with support), as they’re taking well-deserved vacations.
