What Support Includes

When you use GeneratePress or GenerateBlocks, you gain access to our awesome support team. Over the years, we’ve been happy to help thousands of users with their problems and questions.

Our estimated response times are as follows:

  • Mon-Fri – 12 to 24 hours.
  • Sat-Sun – 12 to 48 hours.

Our goal is to offer as much help as possible when our customers need it. If the question is directly related to GeneratePress or GenerateBlocks, we’ll go above and beyond to help resolve your questions.

When it comes to offering custom CSS and PHP, we’re happy to offer basic direction if we’re able to, within reason. If one of our team members can help you in a reasonable amount of time with a little code, they’ll be happy to do so.

For basic WordPress, performance, and SEO questions, we’ll do our best to link you to relevant information, but we aren’t able to dedicate our full resources to these kinds of questions.

For obvious reasons, we aren’t able to dedicate our resources to third-party plugins, advanced custom coding, WordPress-specific debugging, or server diagnostics.
