Hello Support !
I suspect you folks are working on this.
I have about 50 posts which include an accordion. And although I have set each default to closed
some of the keep popping open.I do in and reset to closed.
But the another post’s closed accordion pops open.Do you know what’s happening here?
Thanks.

Hi there,
can you share a link to 2 x posts where i can see the issue occur ?

Hi David,
Yes. Please to this page and click on Germany.
You can scroll through and see that 2-3 posts
have the accordion open. I’ve closed them all.
But othere open themselve up. Most likely I got
something wrong.https://understand-culture.com/questions/

Hmmm… i don’t see that issue, but i see some accordions i cannot open.
As a test, can you disable the Infinite Scroll in the Customizer > Layout > Blog, as that may be conflicting.Let me know

Strange.
Some refuse to accept default-close.
And now, as you write above, cannot be opened.I don’t want to disable infinite scroll, Dave.
I’d rather remove my comments in the accordions.Have you folks run into the first problem of mine.
some posts rejecting default-close? -
David
I haven’t see the issue before, it may because they are being output inside a post loop which we would need to do some testing on.
IF you can temporarily disable the infinite scroll we can then eliminate that as the issue you first raised.

What exactly is a post loop?
How do I disable infinite scroll?

I disabled infinite roll, and that, indeed,
solved both problems.Thanks, Dave !

OK, so the infinite scroll uses Ajax, which is a Javascript method of loading new posts without refreshing the page.
Which will mess up the Accordion open/close scripts as those must be on the page when it first loads,Glad to be of help
