Hello.
I’m trying to use some adobe fonts in my website.
I already set adobe link inside the <head> tag (with wp_head hook).
In the customizer > typography i set the font-family, styled it – nothing happen.
Did i miss something?Thank you in advance.

Hello there,
For reference, how are you exactly adding the font? Did you host it locally? Reference: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/adding-local-fonts/
Or, did you add it in a different way?
-

I see. Try enqueueing it. I found this code for instance:
function mytheme_enqueue_style() { wp_enqueue_style('custom_font', 'https://use.typekit.net/tse6xry.css', array(), null, 'all'); } add_action( 'wp_enqueue_scripts', 'mytheme_enqueue_style' );
Replace the typekit link with your link.
Adding PHP: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/adding-php/#code-snippets

Can you share the link to the site in question?

How did you add the PHP snippet?
-
Edit theme files -> Generatepress child -> functions.php

It’s not loading somehow I think.
Can you try adding it through the plugin Code Snippets to test?

This is a cloned site with code snippet.
Still the same issue.Isn’t it suppose to be easy to use google fonts?
This is really weird. -

I thought this was an Adobe font?
Can you try this instead?:
add_action( 'wp_enqueue_scripts', 'enqueue_custom_typography', 1 ); function enqueue_custom_typography() { //* Typekit style wp_enqueue_style( 'typekit', 'https://use.typekit.net/fjt4joe.css', array(), '1.0.0', 'all' ); }
Replace the typekit URL again.

MMM…
My mistake – Adobe fonts not google fonts.
Sorry.
