Ajax category filter for post lists/grids

    Hi I have this page https://barebones.pepped.app/elements/blog-posts-grid/

    There are two post grids on here. One using GeneratePress the other using PostX plug-in. You’ll see PostX one at the bottom has filters to change what is displayed on the page.

    Can this be done in using GeneratePress and GenerateBlocks only? The PostX plug-in is smart but it is buggy with GeneratePress theme.

    Hi Dominic,

    At the moment, AJAX filtering is not available natively in GP/GB.

    Not sure what you mean by ‘buggy’, but you may want to reach out to the PostX support to ensure compatibility with the theme.

    I have reached out and they’re looking into it, no joy yet. Plus I’d just rather to keep the theme clean and do it with GB.

    While it’s somewhat achievable, implementing it would involve extensive code customization, which unfortunately falls outside the scope of our support.

    You may explore other alternatives such as FacetWP or WPGridBuilder.
