Trying to figure out what may be causing my category page to be blank.
There are 6 posts assigned to the category, all of which are live and published publicly.

Hi there,
Do you have an Elements assigned to that category or category archive?
If so can you try setting that element to draft for now?

I am hoping to put some margin where the arrows are: 1. top margin between the header and the category page title; 2. margin between two columns separating them slightly, 3. bottom margin below the “Leave a comment” function

The link you provided still shows me a blank category page.
Can you make sure it’s viewable so I know how to handle your request best?
You may need to clear your caching plugin if you are using one.
