Hello!
I keep getting the error “The “generatepress-block-element” plugin has encountered an error and cannot be rendered.” On initial page load there is no error, but upon editing the Hook Name field (location) I get the error and the block element fields disappear.
Also, I am trying to put a Block – Hook in the area on the screenshot attached, I enabled the secondary menu according to the visual guide it’s where I want the block but it’s not showing. What can I do to enable that block – hook in that location?
Thanks in advance for any guidance.

Hi there,
Let’s start by addressing the
generatepress-block-element
error first.Usually, this error occurs due to issues within the browser. Could you try using another web browser to see if the error persists?
If switching browsers doesn’t work, please navigate to Tools > Site Health and check if there are any issues that need to be addressed.
Let me know the outcome.

Still happening in Firefox. Nothing happening in Site Health except the persistent object cache is not enabled. I use Kinsta hosting and it’s an add on so not used on this site.

What is the GP premium version you are using? This bug was fixed in v 2.3.1 which was released more than 1 year ago.
Let me know if updating to the recent version fixes the issue.
