I was trying to follow this tutorial:

Can you explain how to achieve it with the last versions of GP and GB?

I believe you’re refererring to the ‘set Flexbox structure in the customizer’ right?
If you’re not seeing this option, then your theme is already set to the Flexbox structure. We mention it in the documentation because some sites still use the legacy layout structure (prior to GP 3.0). However, I agree that the documentation should state that clearly, and we will fix it.
The rest of the tutorial is still valid, you can go on with that.
