I’ve looked at support articles to fix this and tried the save permalink suggestion but still no joy. I enter the License key but the ‘Not receiving premium updates’ remains the same which indicates the key is not being recognised. This website has been added to my account under ‘Manage Sites’.
The website is new and has yet to be launched and is currently under a coming soon banner. Any suggestions to get this working?

Hi there,
Update requests in WordPress are cached, so you may need to wait a little bit until you’re able to update the plugin.
Try again in a few hours.
In the meantime, the plugin will work correctly. -

This still isn’t working for me. Tried yesterday, today and I still have the ‘Not receiving premium updates’ message. Any ideas how to fix?

Can you provide an admin login and your license key in the private info field so we can have a try?
Let me know 🙂

Hi and Ive added the admin details below.

I did not see the license key, did you forget to add it to the private info field?

In Dashboard > Tools > Site Health, there is a critical issue relating to the REST API.
The error is related to a bad site URL, theres an extraw
in the URL ie.wwww.
instead ofwww.
Go to Settings > General > Site Address (URL) field, fix the URL there.
Then go to Settings > Permalinks and click save changes to rebuild the site links.Check back at the Site Health to make sure the error is resolved. Then retry the license key saving.
