i tried to import tempalte from the site library to start my wordpress e-commerce site. BUt when i tried to import or select a template from the site library the animated “importing content” just keeps going for hours. i tried to refresh and no content are imported. tried restoring by removing the template and the animated still keeps going. What could be the problem? i also noticed the layout are broken.

Try to meet the server setting recommended here:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/error-codes-importing/And also make sure all plugins except GP Premium are deactivated before the importing process.

memory_limit (256M)
max_execution_time (300)
post_max_size (512M)im running nginx. on what server file to set?

already updated the php.ini

post_max_size=512Mbut upon site import the “importing content” is still on-going , the animation loading is still on-going so i never know if the import is successfull or not.
never touched the nginx server settings.
what do you think?

site i want to import is “target”, other sites not on e-commerce “spacios” works!

at a minimum i would recommend this:
PHP max input variables 4000 PHP time limit 1200 PHP memory limit 512M + Max input time 600 Upload max filesize 300M PHP post max size 1000Mas its a Woocommrce site, i you will want to consider a higher
PHP memory limitif possible -
what’s this? to add to php.ini? can you send actual variables because im sure what you sent will generate more errors. do we need underscore _ characters in between?
