I installed the charge theme on https://amapackage.com and want to offer free ebook downloads for Copywriting and other and blogging tips plus guest posting.
I have tried inserting multiple forms including:
Contactform 7
WS Forms
WS Form
MailpoetSet up and authorized these (as I have done many times before for client websites with GP)
No forms or shortcodes will show on the front end: https://amapackage.com/contact or https://amapackage.com/guest-posts/ and neither do the embedded Mailpoet newsletter forms.
I have very few other plugins installed (and deactivated many before this query to be sure) so it is not a plugin conflict.
I am now assuming there is something in this theme that is different to others I have used which is preventing this. First time this issue has occurred.

Hi there,
There isn’t anything special about the Charge template – it’s using the GeneratePress theme, GP Premium and GenerateBlocks plugin.
I would recommend disabling all non-GP plugins, custom functions and the form plugin to test if the issue still occurs.
If yes then try activating a Twenty series WP theme to test.
