Class for Button Link Text Colour

  • Hi Team,

I have been working with GB 1.9 and I love the new class system. I came across something today which I was surprised/confused by. I created a default button class – this worked perfectly as expected. However, when i added the link to the button the text colour defaulted to the default site link colour (no surprises there). However, I couldn’t find a way to change the colour of LINKED text in the class and I had to change it at a block level individually. How do i change the colour of the button text once it has a link?

    Thanks in advance
    Iain

  • Hi there,

go to customizer > colors > content, can you remove the link color from there?

And add the link color to customizer > colors > body instead?

Let me know if this helps!

  • Hi Ying,

Ah, yes that fixed it. Also explains why I couldn’t find it in the button controls – it’s not actually necessary.

    Many Thanks
    Iain

  • Glad to hear that 🙂
