Critical Error bei Elements

  • Hello together

I am completely new to GeneratePress and need your help.
I wanted to build a page, choosing Geek as the starting point.

I followed the instructions from your Youtube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gEuMXGHIa08

I noticed that some of the elements have different names.

Here are the names of my elements:

    Archives Page Hero
    Blog Cards Template
    Blog Page Hero
    Global Site Footer
    Single Post Hero

If I now want to customise the first element “Archives Page Hero”, I get the message “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

I have the same problem with “Blog Page Hero”.

I have already deleted GeneratePress Theme, reinstalled it and also deleted and restored the elements again, but without success 🙁

    Can you help me here?

  • Hi there,

Please share the login in the private info field.

You can make up an email, it’s not necessary to create a user.

    Let me know 🙂

  • It’s shared now.

  • Hi there,

I have deactivated all plugins except GP Premium and GenerateBlocks, and now the Element can be edited without an error. It seems like there is a plugin conflict, and I suspect the Nginx Helper plugin may be causing it.

  • You Are great! Thank you for your support!

  • You’re welcome!
