Double chevron on site navigation

  • This is happening in some browsers, not others, and for some users. A double drop down arrow appears. It seems to be coming from this:
    .dropdown-menu-toggle:before {
    content: “”;
    font-family: GeneratePress;
    display: inline-block;
    width: .8em;
    text-align: left;
    }

    All caches have been cleared. Shows up in incognito window for me.

  • Can you go to cusotmizer > general, and check if the icon type is set to SVG? If not, change it to SVG.

    Let me know if this helps!

  • It is set to SVG

  • I can see both SVG and the font icons are on your site, can you go to customize > general, uncheck Cache dynamic CSS, then click publish, and clear all cache?

    The CSS in your original post should not exist if the font type has been set to SVG, it’s likely being cached.

  • Doesn’t seem to have changed anything.

  • Then can you disable your cache plugin? If there’s any cache enabled on server level, disable that as well.
