Hi Support,
I’ve been having this issue for quite some time. I have spoken to my training platform’s SiteSupport many times and they said to contact you.
I contacted you I think about a week ago and was told the problem seems to be more from WordPress itself.
It’s been over a week now and I still don’t have a solution. I guess the easiest way to explain this over again is to:
– If you go into my live site, you’ll see a blog roll. You’ll see only 2 posts. The 2 posts will show their appropriate featured image. Off to the right side, you’ll see ‘Latest Posts’. THIS LOOKS PERFECT!
– Now click on the first blog roll post which should be ‘How to Scuba Dive….’. The featured image DOES NOT APPEAR.
– Now click on the second blog roll post which should be ‘Benefits of…’, The featured image SHOWS.
– Now go to the right where you see ‘Latest Posts’ and click on each one of those 2 posts.
I created a new post, a test one, published it and went into the live site. The new test published post in live DOES NOT SHOW THE FEATURE IMAGE. I have since deleted it.
Can you please help? I don’t know who else to turn to.
Kind regards,
Monica -
Hi there,
You have this CSS, try removing it:

Good evening, Ying,
Thank you for the CSS. Ok, I’ll copy and paste this now into my site.
I’ll get back to you.

Hi Ying,
I just want to let you know that I removed the CSS code. I forgot about it.
The code was given to me from a senior member of my training platform when I was experiencing duplicate featured images.
My featured images are showing up in my actual content on the live site. It’s PERFECT AND I’M A HAPPY CAMPER NOW!!
Thank you for helping me.
Have a blessed rest of the week. I will now mark this topic as resolved.
Kind regards,
