Did you recently switch to the Marketer template?
Try deactivating all plugins except GP Premium and GenerateBlocks to check for any plugin conflicts that might be causing this issue.

No, I am still building the site and Marketer is the first I installed. Removed all the other themes.
I have rankmath, lightcache, wordfence, akismet installed. Any known conflicts?

Can you disable the Litespeed cache, and clear any browser caches then retest the site.
If it loads correctly then you know its one of the Litespeed caches settings causing the issue. You would need to eliminate which setting it is. It will be one of the CSS setting options -
