Hello GP Support,
I have noticed a conflict between GP Premium and the plugin GermanMarket for WooCommerce in the functions of handling the price display for WooCommerce variable products.GermanMarket is necessary for a legally compliant German shop. For variable products, it allows you to optionally change the default behaviour of the WooCommerce price display when selecting variants. This improves operation and clarity in the shop. Instead of WooCommerce displaying the variant price a second time before the order button, you can set that the variable price displayed at the top is replaced by the price of the selected variant or hidden and only the lower variant price is displayed.
However, if GP Premium is installed (and regardless of whether GPPremiums Woocommerce-option is activated or deactivated), GP Premium obviously blocks this setting option of the GermanMarket plugin and only the standard WooCommerce behaviour is possible. However, I would like to use this function for the price display behaviour for variable products.
Can you find a solution to this conflict?I have set up a fresh test installation with GP Premium, WooCommerce and GermanMarket (all activated), with admin access for you to analyse the behaviour.
Thank you for your help

Hi there,
that is peculiar, we can take a look.
Can you double check the login, as its not working for me. -
Hi David,
thank you. I set this password once again and tried it. It works now.
-
Thank you, that is working.
But i am not sure i see the problem.
I checked that GP Premium was installed and that the Woocommerce module was active.
And i then ran a couple of test on a product.
This is an example of what i see:https://app.screencast.com/NR50nkljTOhiL
What am i missing ?

Please take try the variable product “Kurs 1”.

You can see and change GermanMarket settings under
WooCommerce > GermanMarket > Produkte
“Preisdarstellung variabler Produkte bei Auswahl der Variante”
-
In GP Elements you have a Hook titled:
Slick Slider Initialize + Config
And that contains scripts which are causing the issue. If you quick edit and set its status to draft then the pricing function works. -
Oh great, David. Thank you. I wouldn’t have found this. I will try to find the bug in there.
Thanks for you quick help – as ever.
