Hamburger menu on mobile does not work

  • Hamburger menu (mobile menu) does not work. When I click on the hamburger menu on mobile, it does not work. Have tried to fix this before…probably a simple setting, but cannot figure out why it does not work. When I click the hamburger menu my site opens back up with X Menu just below the header.

Have confess…I do not understand menus vary well (terminology seems confusing to me) even though I have been using GP premium for a long time.

Using GP Premium. Site is https://thecatholictravelguide.com/

  • Hi there,

Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?

    Let me know 🙂

  • Sure…will do (except GP Premium I suppose). Give me a few minutes. Hope it is not EZOIC…..seems to be root of a lot of problems.

  • Disabled all plug-ins…nothing has changed so far as I can see.

  • I see the slideout navigation now when clicking the menu toggle. It’s just empty which is this issue:

If you need further help, please keep all plugins disabled or create a staging site so you can do so – it’s definitely not a GP issue.

    Thanks!

  • Thanks, Leo. I never thought it was a GP problem….more a problem of me not knowing how to set the mobile navigation menu. Read your suggested article and looks OK now. It gets confusing for people like me to understand the various types of menus.

  • No problem 🙂
