Hook in Shopify Button at end of Nav for Desktop and Mobile

What is the easiest way to hook in a block element that will consist of a Shopify Buy button. Looks to be all HTML. Want the Buy button to show up on desktop and mobile.

Any help would be appreciated!

You can use a hook element, paste your HTML in the content area, and set entire site as location, choose the generate_menu_bar_item hook name.
