How do I add post navigation to the bottom of my blog page? Unless someone clicks on a post to get to the Single Post Page where I have previous and next, there isn’t any navigation.

A Post Navigation is for single posts. Are you referring to Archive Navigation instead? If so, you can use a Block Element – Archive Navigation: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/block-element-archive-navigation-2/

How can I increase the size of the default navigation? It gets lost on the page.
