Thank you for responding but have you seen the example website? and then ours? the infinite is not working even though it was set in the Customize so I am asking.

There isn’t an infinite scroll option for static pages, the author page you provided does not have an
archiveclass in the body.So is it a static page or an author archive?

It’s for archives instead of having pagination or load more button, is there any options when you scroll it will load the other articles.

as I said, this is the
infinite scroll, it only works on archive pages, and it does NOT work on query loop blocks. you will need to create block element – content template instead of block element – loop template for it to work.The option is at customizer > layout > blog.
