JS script not being injected into homepage

  • Hi there,

For some reason, a JS script meant to add an underline to headings with the CSS class .underline-heading is not being injected into the code of my homepage.

The script will start with function toggleActiveClass.

I can confirm that the Hook that delivers the script includes the homepage as a Page Location.

I’ve tried several things to resolve this:

I purged my Siteground and Cloudflare cache numerous times
I deactivated my Siteground Plugin to see if that was the issue
I deleted and re-created the Hook

I’ve set a display rule for the /contact page as well, and the desired underline effect works, so it’s something about my homepage that is an issue.

I’ve linked to my homepage and contact page in the supporting box.

  • Hi there,

make sure your Display Rule -> Location is set to Front Page and not the actual static page you created for it.

  • Perfect. Thank you. I can’t believe I wasted so much time trying to fix this

  • Glad to be of help.!
