Hey there,
The site I’m working on has a strange discrepancy whereas the company logo doesn’t appear despite being uploaded/added to Customize > Site Identity. Additionally, the site title is always present even if I “hide title” in the same setting.
If it is of any help, I had a site library theme installed previously, and I decided to get rid of it once I became frustrated at the difficulty of changing the site logo. I’m wondering if some settings in the background got tweaked.
Nonetheless, I’m somewhat of a rookie with all this, so any help would be awesome. Thank you!

would you be able to share a temporary admin login so we can take a closer look at what the issue is ?

Admin login added to the private information.
I did some resetting and uninstalling/reinstalling theme and plugins to no avail.
It seems that the page doesn’t recognize ANY Customizer settings (fonts, colors, etc). I would love to have all of these resolved if possible. I’m presuming there’s one issue making all of that happen.And sorry for the delayed response — not sure why or how I missed the reply! It didn’t land in my inbox. Thank you for your time and help.

Hi there,
Your customizer settings were saved in Draft, which means that every setting you made won’t apply until you Publish it.
Just go to the Customizer page, click the gear icon on the setting panel at the top, and choose Publish.
