Hi,
I just installed Generatepress, and I can’t see the menu. I’ve tried everything. Gone through the forum as well.
The only way I can get it to work is to set it up in the elements, but that’s too much of a hassle. I just want a simple menu.
There are no elements; everything is deleted.

Hi there,
First, try deactivating all plugins except GP Premium to debug. See if the menu shows up.
There is a possibility that it’s caused by WPRocket cache, so clear any server cache as well if you have one.

I tried that already, but that didn’t help. Cleared the cache as well, but nothing.

In that case, could you provide temporary login credentials for us to take a closer look at the issue?

Yes, credentials was given.
I even set up the menu in the elements section, but I can’t even get that to work; it works perfectly in the admin panel, but in incognito/normal mode, it’s a train wreck.

Hi there,
the WP Rocket optimizations on the page are incorrectly configured, resulting in broken styles loading on the front end. For now, can you disable WP Rocket. We can then focus on getting the Navigation to display correctly.
Once thats done you can re-activate WP Rocket and debug its settings issues.

Thank you. That fixed the menu problem.
Now the performance is horrible: https://imgur.com/a/wSN1aqE
any suggestions how I can fix that?

Re-activate WP Rocket, and clear its caches.
And if the styling breaks, then it is related to one of the settings in the WP Rocket plugin.
To debug the issue disable each CSS styling setting one by one to find the problem.
