Hi,
I have set up a menu on my footer and it’s being set to footer menu.
In backend, I see the footer menu.
But on frontend, the menu displayed is the main menu.
Any idea how I can stop this from happening?

Hi there,
I believe the current site footer is coming from a Block Element site footer:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/block-element-site-footer/Can you make sure that’s where you are editing it?

Yes it is. That’s what I’m trying to do: adding a menu in the footer block element.
And the menu is showing great on backend, but is set back to main menu on frontend…

That’s not what I’m seeing.
This is the primary menu in the header:

https://www.screencast.com/t/CEmFdawLSwrThey have different items.

That’s because you’re not logged in & u shouldn’t see those menu elements in the footer.
See the frontend:

Are you adding a WP navigation block into the element?
If so, GP has no control over how a core block behaves, can you make sure all cache is cleared?
Let me know if this is not the case.
