Mobile Menu Not Working

  • Hello,

The mobile menu on my website (https://soccer-formation.com/) isn’t working.

The plugins StackCache and perfmatters were installed. I’ve disabled StackCache and have removed the Javascript Delay & Defer options from perfmatters and cleared the cache. The mobile menu still isn’t working.

Please can you provide some guidance as to what to do next?

    Regards

  • Hi Vinnymo,

To be sure, can you try #1 here to debug: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/debugging-tips/

It’s recommended to backup your site before proceeding with this.

  • Hey,

Thanks for the quick reply. I deactivated the plugins one by one and as soon as I deactivated the perfmatters one, the menu appeared. What is it that I need to look out for? Should there be some javascript files I need to defer or be exempt from their plugin?

    Regards

  • Try excluding mobile.min.js.

  • Hey Fernando,

I just did the following…once I knew the issue was isolated to the perfmatters plugin, I reactivated it and clicked the ‘Clear Used CSS’ button (the Defer & Delay Javascript options are activated). I checked the website again (with the plugin activated) and the menu is working.

    Regards, Vince

  • I see. Glad you got it working now!
