Hi, I am having an issue with the sticky header on http://www.audissey.lk on both desktop and mobile. The primary navigation bar becomes visible when scrolling up, but the header only becomes visible when the top of the page is reached. I would like both to be visible when scrolling up. I have set Sticky Navigation to On and enabled Hide when scrolling down. What could I be doing wrong?

Hi there,
i am not really seeing the issue. Is it on any particular browser ?

I have only tested on Safari and Chrome on my phone and on Edge on my laptop. The issue is there on all three. Let me see if I can share some screenshots.

Hi David
Have shared the link to the screenshots in the private info area. Please refer the file names of the images for explanations.

Hi there,
What you are seeing is the normal behavior – the sticky navigation only sticks the primary navigation and not the entire header.
If you would like to entire header plus navigation to be sticky then we would need to use some CSS. However, the CSS solution won’t be able to offer Hide when scrolling down option though.
Another option would be to change the header layout to use the navigation as header option:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/navigation-as-a-header/In that case you would lose phone number header widget but you could add the phone icon with the account/cart/search maybe?
Let me know what you think.

Thanks Leo
I need to give this some thought. It’s almost midnight here so I shall sleep on it for now.
