Not able to center the container

  • I saw that I’m not the only one who has this little issue, and I’m sure it’s a little trick somewhere…
I’ve read other topics on this matter and applied the solutions offered, but without success.

As you can see in the link provided, the container is left alligned (see the image).

I’ve already selected the Container block that is around THIS CONTAINER and in Spacing > Margins Left and Right typed: “auto‘.

What I am doing wrong? Can you advise me?

    Thank you, best regards,
    Marcel

  • Sorted out.

  • Hi there,

    start from scratch:

    1. Add a GB Container Block.
    2. in the blocks toolbar click the Insert Inner Container:

    https://docs.generateblocks.com/article/add-inner-container/

This will insert a container and with:
Sizing > Max Width set to the global value, edit that and change it to your requirement eg. 800px
NOTE: DO NOT set a width value as that can lead to overflow

Spacing > Margin Left & Right set to auto
    Leave those settings as is.

  • Glad to hear that
