Hi there,
For archive titles, instead of using the GB Dynamic Data, use the GP Dynamic Data ( in the block toolbar ) to set the Title.

We will be adding support for archive titles in GBs dynamic data in a future update.

The admin login doesn’t work, can you check?
For the dynamic option, GP’s dynamic option is in the floating toolbar when the headline block is selected, the GB’s dynamic option is in the right sidebar toolbar.
So make sure you are using the option from the floating toolbar.

Hmmm…. if you temporarily disable ( Quick Edit > Status to Draft ) the Services Loop Template. Does the title then show ?

Nope. I did not work.
I tried from inside the element, from the quick edit… and in both elements, in the services loop template and also the block page hero.
I even created a new one and it does not show the h1.Okay, now it appears. In the display rules, you have to select Services in both Post Category Archives and also Post category.
