Hello Support,
All of a sudden I’m having an issue with the pagination on my homepage https://www.yory.nl/.
The first block of ‘latest articles’ has 20 posts with a Previous – Next buttons below, but when I click on them, the page still shows the first 20 post, but the URL does change to https://www.yory.nl/?query-573affd5-page=2.Funny enough I copied this block from this page
https://www.yory.nl/kan-je-chatgpt-gebruiken-bij-stamboomonderzoek/?query-573affd5-page=3&cst
where it works fine. But on the homepage it keeps showing the first 20.
What can I do to fix this?

Hi there,
do you have any page or ops caching on the site ? As it may have cached the query.

Hello David,
I’m using LightCache. What do I need to do to fix this?
-
Fernando
Hi there,
You you try clearing the cache of that plugin? If that doesn’t work try if disabling that plugin fixes the issue.

Hi Fernando,
Thanks for the quick reply.
I’ve disabled the LightSpeed Cache plugin, and tried on 3 different browsers, but the pagination just doesn’t work.
What else can I do?
Thank you,

When did it stop working ? was it after any changes to that page?

I don’t know when exactly, one of my readers informed me about it.
I’ve changed the other subject blocks to sliders, but as I can’t make multi-row sliders for free, I don’t want the most important block with the ‘latest articles’ just to be one row. So I would like to keep the pagination in that block.
Any suggestions?

Perhaps it is good to know that the ‘pagination block’ on the top of the page, is the same (copy/pasted a while ago) as the block on the bottom of that page, which is shown from an Element. And that one is working well.
So I’ve have copied that block from the Element page back to the homepage with the same settings, and then the pagination doesn’t work on the homepage.I hope this helps, I hope I explain it well enough.
Thank you!

Have you tried copying the working query loop from the working page pasting it to your homepage and removing the current non-working query loop?
Let me know if that works.

Yes, I’ve already did that about 3 times. That’s why I’m so confused 🙁

Can you try disabling all plugins except GB?
-
Hello, I’m experiencing exact the same issue. I have 5 different categories, all of them with a loop template block element for category archive.
Pagination is working well in all of them but one, where it should have only 4 pages but shows 18 page numbers, and all pages repeat the same posts.

Hi Ro,
Can you open a new topic and provide an admin login to your site?
Let us know which query loop you are referring to, and keep all plugins disabled.
-
Solution: Pagination should be within the Query Loop.
That is, for example:
- Query Loop -- Grid ---- Container ------ Image ------ Title ------ Excerpt -- Pagination ---- Previous ---- Page numbers ---- Next
See that grid and Pagination container must be at the same level.
