Hi,
Can I make the size of a post smaller so that when I click on it, it looks like a pop-up?
For instance… it would be nice if I add the information of the post in a container and everything outside the container is transparent? Is it possible?

Hi Adriana,
What would the background be for the body if the “outside” container is transparent? Would it just be an image?
If not, and you’re planning to make a real “pop-up” with the Blog page as the background, a third-party plugin or a custom code would be needed for this.

Hi Fernando,
By any chance, do you have an example of how to do it? Or what kind of custom code should I use? where can I learn it?
Thank you

The code for that would be a bit complicated. I don’t think it’s advisable to do that as well as it could highly be detrimental to a site’s performance, especially if a site has numerous posts. Something like AJAX loading may be needed: https://wpmudev.com/blog/load-posts-ajax/
It’s only usually done for images – this is called “Lightbox”.
I would suggest asking for recommendations on our Facebook Group as well: https://web.facebook.com/groups/generatepress
What I would personally suggest is to just have a static background for better site-performance results.

Thanks for the advice, Fernando. Have a nice day.
