I want to use multiple post types inside the query loop on a static home page.
But Query Loop pagination breaks when modifying query using “generateblocks_query_loop_args”
I followed following document: https://docs.generateblocks.com/article/add-multiple-post-types-in-one-query-loop/ -

Hi there,
Could you explain more about the behavior of ‘Query Loops pagination breaks’? I couldn’t replicate this issue because the filter is working on my end and pagination functions properly.
If no navigation appears, make sure you have added the navigation:

Navigation is added correctly.
What I did is I added Elements – Block – Loop Template, set Location to Front Page.
I have added my credentials so you can check.
Different archive (/pedia) shows navigation correctly however front page doesn’t show navigation.
Both loop templates were created equally except, front page has custom css class for multi post type added.

At first, I thought this was a bug, but I cannot replicate the issue on your site. I did exactly the same setup with the same code, but my pagination is appearing fine.
One thing I noticed is that you are using GB Pro 1.7-alpha version. Could you revert back to the stable version and see if that affects it? Please note that you should NOT use the alpha version on a live site as there is a high likelihood of it breaking the site.

I have revert back to stable version yet the problem remains the same.

Hi there,
see Toms reply here:
Note that the class you added to the query loops grid block, needs to be added to those buttons.

Hello,
I have added same class used for query loops grid block into the buttons.
Unfortunately it still doesn’t seem to work. -
Did you add the classes to the buttons here:

Yes it is added correctly. I checked it again but it is yet not working.

Can you edit the Query Loop.
i) temporarily disable the
Inherit Query from Template
ii) remove any of the parameters set there, and leave just the default Post type and Pages values.
iii) then enable theInherit Query from Template
That may resolve a possible conflict.

I tried it but it did not resolve the problem.

Where can I see the query loop with pagination issue?
-

The issue is from the Front Page and the loop template that is binded with front page.
I’ll add more links in private information.

You are editing the loop template, can I take over?
Let me know 🙂

Sure, feel free to take over.
I have added php code location as well in the private information.
