Query Loop Woo products not working

Hi! I just created a query loop for woo products and it’s working when I edit the page, but it shows nothing to the end user. Please help me to solve this issue.

Can I see the page?

Is the query loop in a page editor or a GP element? If it’s the latter one, what is the location rule of the element? What is the element type?

And do you mean GP Premium 2.4? If so, can you add GP’s support key to your profile as well?
