how can i adjust this color only, i cant find it in customization options for this specific area.

Hi there,
That part was built using an Element, so you’ll need to edit that specific element to change the color.
Go to Appearance > Elements and edit an element titled
Top Bar. Select the root container to change its background color under Color settings.
