Service theme page formatting changed

Thank you, those are helpful suggestions, I will give it a try and let you know.

I still can’t figure out what happened and how that padding got in there but I was able to correct all the pages once you pointed out where the problem was coming from.

I also changed the structure of those columns to top align and that seems to be working out.
