Hi there,
It’s not a bug. In the new version, we’re adopting the core pattern post type, which means Legacy patterns will be deprecated. Any existing local patterns on a site will now be available in GenerateBlocks > Patterns > Legacy Patterns. You can continue to use them and access them in the same way for the foreseeable future.
